After a great first year in 2008, the St. James Fish Fry is back in 2009!

What a great 2008…..

• Over 375 volunteers donated their time
• 4,015 fish orders were served during Lent
• 2,270 pizzas slices were eaten
• 100 complimentary meals delivered to parish shut-ins
• Countless laughs and reconnecting of old friends and neighbors
• Money was raised to help with capital improvements to the church and school

The primary goal of the St. James Fish Fry Committee is to strengthen fellowship in the parish and community by providing a low cost and affordable meal during the Lenten season.  In keeping with our mission statement, we will not be raising our prices for 2009 despite the increasing costs of food service.  Given the tough economic climate we want to lessen the burden that so many families are facing.
